[Blind-sysadmins] Has anyone tips on using the SSRS report builder?

Hello, I'm trying to create a new report for SCCM. I'm in the SSRS report builder window and from there, I can navigate around the ribbon but I cant seem to get out of the ribbon. I know that I have hit the new report option so there are other things on screen. Has anyone used this? If so, do you have any tips? Thanks
