Hi, Are there any special settings to make putty/sftp work? I just tried them and they don't echo back what's on the screen. I'm using the latest development snapshot although i also tried the latest release. I remember working with an older version and you had to do something with them. Thanks. Dave. putty, pscp, psftp are all good and free. Secure CRT and SecureFTP are good, $99 I think.
Thanks Scott

Hello, I'm going to be taking a trip this holiday weekend. I'd like to do some web development and testing while i'm gone. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a portable/accessible ssh/sftp client so i can send files to my test server and/or edit them on the server? I'm also looking for a notetab like editor or other portable editor something with a little more kick than standard windows notepad. The box these apps will be running on is running xp and has jaws on it although i'm wanting to try system access, is there a demo of it i've heard it's remote features are quite good? Any help appreciated. Thanks. Dave.
