I'd start with this link that describes accessibility in the EAC: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt706453(v=exchg.150).aspx Note that there are some functions that just can't be done in the EAC by anyone, sighted or blind, that's not an accessibility issue but just a functionality issue, in those cases you need to use Powershell. I'm not sure if what you want to do falls into one of those areas. If none of that helps, I'd then reach out to the EDAD for assistance.
