Hi, Clonezilla live does as well. Basically its also a debian distro. activation works the same as the normal debian cd. basically wait a bit and then hit s and enter. then you have speech. braille should work automatically when you have a usb display. For the CLI i often use Clonezilla Live. We use Clonezilla often and that's the most spreaded cd we have in our arsenal. You can also use the Ubuntu 19.10 Gnome or Mate live dvd.
