[Blind-sysadmins] remote support

Hi all, Part of my job requires me to remotely access machines to provide support. The only solution I'm finding is to install the jaws demo on all of the computers on the network, and purchase the remote access addon for my license. Is that the best option? If so is there a good way to deploy jaws to all of the machines? Ideally we would not even want the users to know that jaws is installed so they do not accidentally activate it. Thank you, Mike
