[Blind-sysadmins] How to troubleshoot a windows 7 machine without the end-users password

      Hi folks,

I'm just wondering if it's possible to log-in to say an Admin account if
you can't get access to a particular users account details?  I'm curious
because if there's confidential information on a laptop how would a
hardware supplier gain access for troubleshooting on another account.
