Check to see what format the drives are using. Are they NTFS? Or FAT32? FAT32 has a file size limit of 4GB. If it is NTFS, are the sector sizes the same, for example 512 bytes? The size of the allocation unit will calculate into the overall size of the drive, and how it can write files. What are the values for free space on each drive? Perhaps a chkdsk will find allocation issues? ~Joe
