Hi, If he gets an NDR it's not spam related as spam actions don't generate NDRs in Office365. Get him to send me an email privately if you want and I'll see if I get it, or better yet send the NDR if he gets one as that should tell us what the issue is. They just don't' appear to be arriving to us. I've asked the person to send a delivery receipt with their mail to see if that provides anymore diagnostic information. Are you able to give more info about the domain that is having an issue, as it may not be spam related. I've checked Junk and Clutter, so I thought the next step would be to whitelist their domain. I've read several places that I need to log in to Office 365, go to Admin, go to Exchange, go to Mail Flow, click Bypass Spam and there should be an option to select Whitelist domains. I can't see Mail Flow anywhere I've looked. I can see Mail Protection but this is just showing me the number of mails received and number of mails filtered in variables such as 7, 30 das etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction for where I should be looking for mail flow? Thanks, Barry. _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org https://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/listinfo/blind-sysadmins _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org https://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/listinfo/blind-sysadmins _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org https://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/listinfo/blind-sysadmins
