[Blind-sysadmins] Accessibility, audio and speech support, Kali Linux, Parrot OS, System Rescue CD, running from a USB multiboot disk

Hello, Is anyone running one, sum, or all of the above distros specifically from either a single bootable USB stick or a multiboot USB stick? If so, how did you get audio and speech going in each of the distros on the disk? Also, if your using a multiboot do you use shared caching or persistent storage so that OS settings persist across reboots? Thanks. Dave.
