It does not surprise me that Teraterm is broken in Windoweyes, the only screen reader I see it work well with nowadays is NVDA and even NVDA had fixes applied to make this happen. Jaws past version 12 don't work with it, and sad to see windoweyes is now the same way. Putty does work with NVDA as does Teraterm but I agree this is annoying. regards, Kerry. sorry for the last version of this message, it was a tad rushhed.
Good afternoon, since upgrading to window-eyes 9.0 I can not get teraterm to work over RDP with windows on both the remote and host computers, teraterm will not speak the Linux command prompt. if the remote is running win XP and remote windows 7 with window-eyes 9, all works well, it is only when both machines are on W7 things stop working, nothing is spoken and the mouse and window-eyes cursors say nothing.
apart from using windows XP does any one have any suggestions? thanking you in advance Iaen Cordell. _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org https://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/listinfo/blind-sysadmins
