[Blind-sysadmins] Anyone have any luck with service station/?

Hi, I’m starting a new job and they use service station for ticketing / change requests. I get moderate results with JFW but nothing consistent enough to use. Many times nothing appears with controls or parts are in the wrong place etc. Does anyone have any experience with this tool and any suggestions for using it effectively? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Scott
