Greetings, In the past, I worked in a Cisco shot and it supported SIP just fine. We had SIP based door access and intercom control that was from a third party vendor but I can't remember who made them. I would say the majority of things will work. You may have to do some custom stuff to the endpoint devices. Kind Regards, -----Original Message----- From: Eigeldinger Simon via Blind-sysadmins <blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> Sent: Friday, September 13, 2024 3:56 AM To: Mailing list for blind system administrators <blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> Cc: Eigeldinger Simon <simon.eigeldinger@hohenems.at> Subject: [Blind-sysadmins] cisco pbx and non cisco sip devices Hi all, As i wrote a few months ago, we plan to get a cisco pbx running virtually. Does someone know if cisco pbx can work with other sip equipment from other vendors? Or are there problems when you are using non cisco devices? Greetings and thanks, Simon _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list -- blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org To unsubscribe send an email to blind-sysadmins-leave@lists.hodgsonfamily.org
