Hi, The thread on Skype for Business went into discussing Slack, unfortunately it isn't a good experience. Using the mobile app is probably the best way at the moment especially for notifications. The web interface works for me but I have to read conversations from the bottom up, as we pay for Slack where I work which gives a very long history. The other thing is that threads really cause me problems, so I don't use them, which annoys my co-workers. Andrew. ________________________________________ From: Katherine M. It does work, For I know this because I've used this in the past, I never liked it very much. You'll get used to it, eventually. I find it using it on mobile makes things a lot easier. My immediate thoughts about it is that although it is accessible, it is not very usable. There is a lot going on and too much clutter. I would be interested to hear any tips/advice on how other people get around it? Many thanks for your advice.
