Hi all. well, so far, I am pretty damn impressed with these unify AC-PRO access points. Long range, fast response and they seem like good stuff. The controller software is doable but difficult. Version 4x of the software was very accessible and worked beautifully. However, it doesn't implement all the latest features and will not upgrade equipment to the latest firmware. version 5 of the controller software, current is version 5.0.7 is sort of doable with google Chrome but not at all a fun experience and there is a lot of guess work involved. I can kind of make it work with Chrome on windows but it pretty much completely breaks if one uses firefox or internet explorer. on another note, for configuring access points, the iPhone app works beautifully if you only want to configure the basic features. it won't let you do a bunch of the more advanced stuff but for quick setup and go, it works very well and is completely accessible with voice over.
