How easy is it to figure out what tickets need immediate
attention, for example, a ticket you've been assigned that
someone else added notes to since the last time you saw it?

I'd love to help but we use Perfect Tracker.
Which has a properly formatted table on the homepage showing
team members jobs categorised and put in our SLA's priority
system.

To those of you using helpdesk ticketing apps in your jobs,
my company has recently started using one of these tools to
track IT department projects, work,and also to incorporate
asset tracking. Were using a tool from Adventnet
calledServiceDesk Plus http://www.servicedeskplus.com and
either Im just stupid or this is the most clunky product to
work with Ive ever encountered. Considering my coworkers
think this thing is the greatest thing on earth and allows
them to see at a glance whats going on, Im thinking its me.
So, Im wondering if anyone out there has used this app and
if anyone has some tips for a screen reader user to make
working with this app at least closer to the efficiency my
coworkers are experiencing? Especially if anyone knows how
to type a date into the app that would help as all the date
edit boxes are readonly.
