[Blind-sysadmins] Citrix

I need a few suggestions to get accessible connections to machines over Citrix. I've tried using RDP but the RDP windows aren't accessible. I get into the VM and the keys aren't passed through. I cant configure the RDP options to fix this because.... The RDP application isn't accessible. What's going on? Any ideas? I have a call in 3 hours from now and I'm badly stuck. They need answers and I cant access their servers.
