[Blind-sysadmins] Belkin f9k1001 router and hard setting IP addresses

Hello, I've got this device it's running Belkin's latest firmware. I'm wanting to set up some static ranges, i've got some network devices that when they come up on the network i'd like for them always to get the same ip address and outside my dhcp pool. I have not found this feature, if anyone has this router please let me know. Thanks. Dave.
