[Blind-sysadmins] windows server 2012 r2

Hi.tried using o Racle virtual box, and created a new vm, then click start and then found my iso. But it crashed the speech, or maybe not a talking install. So, will have to use vm ware work station 8.0, which I have a key. So how do I enable the audio in windows server 2012 r2 essentials. Thanks.
