hello dears hope you able to guide me, you might met semelar situation in your work. i'm totally blind, customer care section head now we're using GrandStream UCM6300 , as i'm not system admin so not access the device but my problem in their SoftPhone; if you're used Wave Softphone let me know your experience how i could access / use it with jaws / nvda? otherwise; what's your recommendation for accessible soft_phone i could use with GrandStream device. i'm using windows 10 OS. thanks very much for your support
