[Blind-sysadmins] How to install CentOS on VMware ESXI?

Hello, I used Proxmox until today and now moving to esxi host. How can I install a CentOS7 to VM? VM is created but how can I answer CentoS installation questions like license agreement, network, partitioning etc? I've created an answer file for Proxmox in the past but it is not working for VMware. Thanks for your recommendations.
