I would hope it wouldn't wipe your D: drive, but I'll defer the question to the more experienced members here. I'll redo it as iso 9660 + joliet to be on the safe side. Incidentally, given that currently I only have one hard disk partitioned into two, following a disk failure a month ago I'm anxious that when I get round to running my unattended install windows installs on the existing c partition, and that it doesn't wipe out d. Would I need to edit my winnt.sif, and if so what should I put? Better check any files with names that should be greater that 8.3.
George.

Thanks George. I've burned one using 9660 only. Will it not work? Google is your friend.
"Straight ISO9600 supports only filenames with 8+3 characters, while Joliet will support 128 characters."

Hi everybody, what is the difference between iso 9660 only and iso 9660 + joliet. All info sources I've checked out say file system should be set to iso 9660, but when I listened to a rick harmon unattended xp creation podcast he said to use iso 9660 + joliet. I thought joliet was just a file naming convention. If I use iso 9660 only will it not work? Hope someone can help, John.
