[Blind-sysadmins] Accessing Backup Exec database manually.

Hay all, Using Backup exec 11D mainly. It connects to SQL 2003 databases. Any idea how I'd manually access the data in these databases? I would like to use a windows script that would connect to the local database so I could pass it a barcode and it would pull the date that that specific tape was used on. I'm reasonably ok with SQL commands and I don't mind scripting but I'm not sure exactly what the database is called or how to log into it. i.e, what account is used. Thanks Darragh
