[Blind-sysadmins] VMware ESXi administration

Hello all, I'd appreciate any information on accessible administration of VMware ESXi servers. Creating and destroying VMs, monitoring status, etc. I understand that accessing VM consoles is probably not accessible. The ESXi VPAT suggests that the HTML5 client is not accessible, so I'm hoping that someone has found an alternative. I do not need to be able to install the ESXi server; another team will be responsible for that piece. Thanks in advance for any information. Chris
