Jabber used to work well on Mac, then I upgraded and something broke. Cisco were honest enough to say it was pure luck that it worked in the first place, and though they have an open ticket to improve support for screen-readers, it keeps falling down their priority list. The solutions offered to me were Jaws scripts, or a third party soft phone. I am not a JFW fan and don't feel that offering scripts that may break in the future is a viable option really, though it's a start. The company I work for luckily were happy to pay for the soft phone. It would have been great if Cisco should have been up front about this and absorved the cost of the soft phone, but I guess we're a long way away from that. Cheers, Jen. If you need to use Jabber, then version 10.6 from memory the scripts have been optimised for. I am using 11.xx and they still work. There are some slight differences between the two version in relation to the scripts.

The recommendation is 10.6 and the scripts are found on the Cisco.com http://cisco.com/ site.
