Hi Darragh, I know what SCCM is, but never worked with it. Opening an issue on http://github.com/nvaccess/nvda is your best option to get this fixed. If a quick fix is not possible, the issue will at least serve as a central place to discuss how to solve this. There are more people triaging new NVDA issues these days, so new issues get reviewed quite fast. Please include the output of nvda+f1 on a list item. This will dump detailed information about the current object in the log and open the log viewer, so make sure you scrub any sensitive information before posting. I'm trying to transition from Jaws to NVDA for more day to day tasks but there are a few items that just don't work as expected. One of these is the SCCM main list view. Jaws reads this well but NVDA seems to get bogged down by something after reading a few items.
For example:
1. Open SCCM. 2. Press control 1. 3. Press Control T to set focus to the treeview. 4. Press D twice to jump to the device collections view. 5. Press Control M to set focus to the list view. 6. This could be a SCCM problem but I doubt it. I think it's NVDA related. If any of you have good contacts within the NVDA team would you mind bringing this up please? I assume that if I submit it via the NVDA Bugzilla site it will get put into a very long queue. I know they had an interest in making more system administration tools work with NVDA previously. I'm hoping that they are still interested in this.
