I don't mind answering, I took all the courses for my MCSA 2003, I took a VMWare ESX course, and my SCCM course from them. That's helpful. If you don't mind me asking and you can answer privately or if you prefer not to that's fine, what courses did you take? Thanks. Dave. David I've taken several classes from them and haven't had a problem. Just like any other classroom setting, you need to communcate your needs to the instructor, and most will be willing to help. Each office is different in how their lab setups work, so I can't tell you what to expect. Just do your homework, know your screen reader and perhaps have a quick play with the UI for what yu're learning and go for it. Ryan

Hello, I might have a potential to take some courses from New Horizons. I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so how accessible is their lab environment? I was informed they use something called illuminate, which i've not heard of. Thanks. Dave.
