[Blind-sysadmins] backing up an install of windows 10

Hi, I was wondering how I could backup an image of windows 10, I had used image for windows in the past, but now that this is a uefi system, and there are no usb 2 ports, I can't boot in to the windows 7 talking pe to restore a backup, any suggestions, I found a talking windows 10 pe, but it looked to be packed with a lot of crapware, so can someone guide me please.
