[Blind-sysadmins] raspberry pi, kali linux, and re4son kernel

Hello, I've got kali linux going on the official kali arm image raspberry pi 3 b + it's a nexmon image. My end goal is to get my external USB wireless adapter to work, it is an Alfa AWUS 036ACH it is supported by the rtl8112AU driver which is apparently not included in the nexmon image and thus far is proving hard to get working. I've heard that the re4son kernel has this and other drivers and will work with my card, thus far I've not ben able to get it going. Does anyone have this combination going and have any suggestions?
