Andrew: How did you use the bootable CD? My company's thinking about moving from Norton Ghostcast to Acronis for imaging and deploying machines, and I'm trying to determine if Acronis might be any more accessible than Ghostcast. I own a copy of this, but only got it for making a bootable CD which I could use. It did come with quite a comprehensive console, which I think did have an option for restoring the image, but not sure how it worked. One thing I used for a while was a live CD I made with Speakup, a copy of Samba and DD. I used DD to make the image of my hard drive partitions, and put them on the network. It was however very slow, and required an external synth.
