[Blind-sysadmins] windows hard drive diagnostic utility?

Hello, Does anyone have an accessible windowsbased hard disk diagnostic program? I'm looking for something that I can install on to one box, plug in an external drive enclosure into, and diagnose the drive within, something like an accessible spinrite. Thanks. Dave.
