Ok let me see how it goes through this channel and will let you know any updates. I'm pretty confident given my previous track record with these exams we can get this fixed and rescheduled fairly promptly.
When I tried these exams on the beta program I was really shocked I managed to pass first time, I was expecting these types of niggles, so I'm not surprised we have encountered something like this. Unless they test for screen reader compatibility often, I don't think they will know of any issues until someone encounters it on a live test.

Tried to take a Microsoft exam today but for some reason none of the content of the test was speaking even though the check-in process worked. I last got through some tests in January, so either a Jaws or Pearson test update has broken things. When the test launched all I could hear was Chromium Window.
I have a contact in the accommodations team so will try and push to get this sorted and will let you guys know here any updates.
