[Blind-sysadmins] Outlook 2010 IMAP account with multiple inboxes

I have just switched somebody over to use IMAP instead of POP in Outlook 2010. She is able to send and receive email, but there is one problem. This person now has multiple inboxes and I think she also has more than one sent items folder. I set this account up in a different profile from her other email accounts. What do we need to do to fix this? I searched on Google and so far, I just found things about people wanting to have multiple accounts go to one inbox. We only have one account that has multiple inboxes.
