[Blind-sysadmins] Hardware synthesizers, still around?

Hi all, for a project that a friend of to benefit kids in developing countries she has asked me if I had one or more hardware synthesizers (ie, doube talk, triple talk, DecTalk express, DecTalk USB, etc).
