Hi: Quick question, we're looking at outsourcing our helpdesk software to Cherwell. Has anyone used their ticket management system with a screen reader, and if so any comments on accessibility? We're using System Center Service Manager today, and accessibilitywise its horrible. Actually in general its pretty bad, crashes all the time etc. but hey. The Cherwell system is completely web based from my understanding. Thanks. Ryan
