[Blind-sysadmins] casting a phone to a tablet

Hello, I'm wanting to do an android upgrade on my phone. I don't have a pair of eyes around for this task. I was wondering if it were possible to cast the screen to my tablet, also running android, and have the tablet's talkback version work with the phone upgrade? Thanks. Dave.
