Hi, Unetbootin will do this; you'll need to use its commandline options. Note that you get no feedback if you've done something wrong or if you've done it correctly, so the best thing to do is to make sure that you're entering the right peramitors and once its running leave it for about 20 minutes and see if you see xp type files on the root of the destination.
