Sorry, I don't think I was clear enough. We do have Windows as a back-end. Frequently, employees will call to have their network password reset since they've forgotten it or misplaced it, etc. We're looking for a program that will ask them some security questions so that they don't need their old password to change it. Simplest way is to get them to change the Windows password via the logon screen in Windows, but I suspect if you are asking this question you have another backend/system which you are trying to integrate.
