[Blind-sysadmins] using JAWS and phone at the same time

Hi all, I am going to be starting a new job working as an IT assistant. This will involve a lot of help desk work. What kinds of solutions have you all found for being able to listen to JAWS and a phone call at the same time? The company uses hard IP-based phones. Thank you, Mike
