[Blind-sysadmins] vmWare work station

hello dears please, when I use jaws 2018 or 2019 with vmWare workstation v10 host jaws keep speaking after use grab keyboard ctrl+G also, how I share host folder into guest machine? I unable to update vmWare cause of host cpu compatibility, I didn't use it from many years, hopefully you help me to configure these matters. thanks very much
