Hi: There are actually multiple pieces to the configuration manager story. You have: 1. The configuration manager client, a piece of software that runs on all managed computers behind the sceenes, it does have a very small UI in control panel but mostly just runs behind the sceens and only shows UI when needed. 2. Software Center, is installed along side the client but is technically its own thing. It is a program that runs and allows users to self service and install their own software and make limited requests to SCCM. 3. The SCCM console, this runs on administrator computers and allows them to admin the SCCM environment. This is the piece of software we were referring to with keyboard shortcuts. The title bar reads "configuration manager console <three letter site code> <full site name>" Does this help at all? I have configuration manager and I have software center which is the client side? Is there yet another one or is this what you are referring too? I haven't checked both those versions yet but when I was in Configuration manager earlier today, none of the keyboard shortcuts didn't work for me. I'll get more info because this may open up some possibilities for me. There are two versions, the server version and the client version. Ideally these should match but sometimes IT people don't push out the client as quickly as they should, and sometimes even when they do the server takes a while to tell the client to upgrade. Can't determine what that would be. I tried some of the keystrokes mentioned in here and they don't work so I'm guessing my school is not at that particular version. I can't seem to ever wrap my head around Microsoft's numbering convention when it comes to software. I know there's a few SCCM admins on the list, so this may be of assistance. https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Fsccm%2Fcore%2Funderstand%2Faccessibility-features&data=02%7C01%7Cryshugar%40microsoft.com%7C5a93192af8444db4a6a808d4af770b53%7C72f988bf86f141af91ab2d7cd011db47%7C1%7C0%7C636326373205925652&sdata=W9kc%2FsBFItA4DRQe8duZAfVhQeS5Q%2BhOlZ5166bYNRQ%3D&reserved=0 At this point the doc is pretty basic, it lists the specialized keyboard commands for the console and some basic tips for moving around, but do expect this to grow over time. We are continuing to work on access to the SCCM console, if you have any specific issues that we aren't already working on please feel free to contact me and let me know what they are. Thanks.
