I've got a couple of MSWindows boxes to talk to over RDP. I come from the linux world where other methods are standard but those methods aren't available for this project. I see that NVDA has an RDP plugin, but is that the way to go? Is there a solution that is more linux focused?
Hi, you have few options here, but if you don't need braille and don't want to pay for assistive technology, I strongly recommend NVDA Remote. I am using it with succes on desktops on my customers, and in few servers with win 2003 and win 2008(R2). Main disadvantage with audioredirection is very high latency specialy if you are using it on a slow or vpn network. hth -- Cheers Michał Dziwisz michal@dziwisz.net
