See if you can get your hands on a copy of Mastering Windows Server 2008 R2 by Mark Minasi. I have it on the iPad and still use it from time to time. I also use CBTNuggets, but they aren't cheap unless you can get work to pay for them.
Incidentally, I notice you still use Forte Agent, what screen reader do you use with this? I use 1.93 still with old JFW scripts, but would love to upgrade.

Truth to tell, unless you do really fancy stuff with multiple Usenet servers, upgrading past version 4 doesn't get you anything special, with the possible exception of multiple nested desks. Of course, with version 4 you can have multiple desks, but they're all at the same top level. I think it was version 6 that introduced desk-nesting.
