Hi, We use to use something similar and it required Internet Explorer in compatibility mode. Sometimes though you have to click one of the buttons that isn't labeled to signify which building/room/door. The system is currently running on the windows server 2012 and I'm using NVDA as a screen reader. However, when I try to access the menues in this program the program closes. Also, I cannot OCR the screen with NVDA. It is telling me windows 10 OCR for NVDA is not available. Does anyone have experience with the system? If so, what are the accessibility recommendations?
