Hi, Actually if he is using the Enterprise version I doubt he will be offered the upgrade as those are volume licensed products which are excluded from the free offer. The reason for this is usually the company has an active maintenance with MS and can get the Windows 10 version from the volume license site, and upgrade their users. If the machine had an older Windows on it originally (Windows 7, 8 or 8.1) I would go back down to that, then follow the normal Windows 10 upgrade process. This will give you Windows 10 at the same level as your older Windows. Hope this helps.
