Hi Mika and Andrew, Thanks much for the replies. I shall email them regarding the accessibility issues I had faced. @Mika, which version are you using? The company keeps a few versions on the server latest being 11.7 I shall try and do a search for the scripts. Hi,
Please email accessibility@cisco.com
I know they have Jabber scripts, and they may be able to help you with other apps.
Also the more people that email them the better.
Hopefully as well others on list can help you.
I use Jabber with the scripts, and its ok but not great. I think it might improve when we get a newer version of the Jabber client.
Best, Mika

Hi,
Cisco Unified Attendant Console:
Last time I used this (not to a big extent but setting it up for a sighted console operator), there were JFW scripts installed along with the app.
It was for an old version of JFW though and I suspect the actual efficiency of the app would be degraded, the sighted people using it had a hard enough time!
Andrew.

Hi listers.
I'd like to know if anybody has come in to contact with and possibly have a workaround regarding accessibility , or has found alternative applications for the following cisco products? cisco IP communicator: no accessibility at all with JFW, NVDA, or supernova. cisco jabber: App is useable to some extent but definitely needs more work for ease of use. Cisco Unified Attendant Console
I've had a very breif moment with these apps as we were trying to help someone get setup using a switchboard that the company has.
Any help or alternatives for these apps would be much appreciated.
I just want to say a thank you to all members on this list for helping each other.
I really don't know where else to ask.
