[Blind-sysadmins] Console 1.

Hi, I am using jaws version eight with windows xp. I am trying to gain access to console one, to reset citrix passwords. Jaws gives me no speach when I launch this application, yet console run is running from my c drive. The application is loading ok and responding to various keystrokes, but there is no feedback from jaws. Is console one accessible? and if so, what do I need to do, to get jaws talking with it.
