[Blind-sysadmins] Hyper-V setup and accessibility?

Hello, Is anyone using Hyper-V and if so how easy was it to get going from an accessibility perspective? I'm apparently needing a new virtualization platform as apparently vmware went up in price and the player variant is no longer freely available. Suggestions welcome. Thanks.
