So in the list, go down to the volume that you just shrunk and press left arrow, it should then say graphical view table. Right click on that and press create new simple volume. Luke

The volumes and info about them will be displayed in a list, go down to the volume you want to extend and right click on it. Select shrink volume in the menu and it should pop up with the shrink volume wizard. It'll then ask you in this wizard how much you want to shrink the volume, it's default is the max you can shrink. Remember it also works in MB so for 500 GB you'll want 512000 MB. Once your volume has been shrunk, left arrow on the shrunk volume and you'll get to the graphical view table, right click again and select create new simple volume, follow that wizard and you'll have your new volumes.
