I tried exploring this. Binaries haven’t been updated in ages and I couldn’t get the source to compile. Underlying FreeSWITCH core too old for Opus and no mod_opus present. Bill

It should support the Opus codec, as the underlying FreeSWITCH system does. Unfortunately, it lacks acoustic echo cancellation, so you'll need to use headphones with it. I don't know whether it is under active maintenance.
