Just to add, Narrator reads perfectly in VSCode. So it doesn't seem to be something that the VSCode project have done incorrectly. -----Original Message----- From: Darragh Ó Héiligh <d@digitaldarragh.com> Sent: Tuesday 2 February 2021 19:32 To: Mailing list for blind system administrators <blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> Subject: [Blind-sysadmins] VSCode Hello, Are any of you writing PowerShell in VSCode? It has become unusable for me. I'm using the insider version. When I arrow through left and right over characters, Jaws and NVDA repeat a lot of characters with the result that characters are completely skipped. Take the word name. instead of n a m e, I very regularly hear n n m e. Or N a m m. I have heard from some people that can't reproduce this. I'm very frustrated as I encounter this on every workstation.
